Pricing was straightforward and great compared to what was offered by other major retailers. I never felt any pressure to buy and ultimately settled on a new Samsung washer/dryer set that fit my needs perfectly. Delivery for both was $75 which was very reasonable. They were also able to install them for me. There was an issue with the dryer powering on but the owner came out first thing the next morning after delivery to take a look and was able to quickly resolve the issue. Overall my purchase experience was excellent and both Melissa and I believe his name is Brian provided great customer service! Would gladly do business with them again!

I purchased a washer from them and could not figure it out for the life of me. It was a used newer Samsung smart wash. Sometimes it would work and... read more other times it would not (user error lol). I called and explained that I was having a tough time figuring it out and they were kind enough to let me exchange it for something I am use to using.
